HELPING YOU PREPARE FOR INTERVIEWS
When invited for an interview, the focus will be on your past experiences and accomplishments, as well as your suitability for a role with us. Throughout the interview we’ll be looking for the qualities and characteristics needed for the role. The interview will last approximately 30 minutes.
DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH AN ASSESSMENT CENTER?
If you wish to join our management team, yes. We use assessment centers as part of the selection process for all management roles. They’re normally used as the final stage of the recruitment process and are designed to reflect the demands of the role and the qualities we need. If we ask you to attend an assessment center, we’ll give you specific information about what to expect and how the event is structured.
