As an ALSAYER Holding employee, you should expect your training and continuous development to start from the day you join. Our extensive induction training will educate you all about ALSAYER Holding’s long history of trading in Kuwait, will introduce you to our principals, their history and their products.

We will train you on all systems, applications and equipment that is required for you to be able to perform to the maximum of your ability. This includes a Personal Development Plan; individually "tailor-made" training programs designed to improve your technical and behavioral skills and competencies; prepared from the day you complete your probationary period. On-line learning options for developing skills are available with more than 900 topics to choose from.

FOR OUR TECHNICAL ROLES
Our technicians join us on apprentice level and during a highly structured training programme, they improve their technical skills, upgrade on the technical career ladder and progress towards becoming a qualified technician up to master level.

FOR OUR SALES ROLES
Our sales people undergo continuous customer service training in parallel with highly customized product knowledge training, providing them with all the skills and knowledge required to be able to address all customer queries accurately and in time, and to promote our products with confidence.
