APPLICATION PROCESS

Our selection process has been designed to assist both yourself and the hiring team decide if we fit together and whether you're likely to succeed at ALSAYER.

There are six steps to complete before we can welcome you on board:

  1. SEARCH FOR OPPORTUNITIES AT ALSAYER
    Visit Job Search to look for opportunities in the ALSAYER job portal. Jobs are listed by divisions as well as departments, and you'll find detailed information about specific requirements in the job descriptions.
  2. APPLY ONLINE
    The candidate profile and application form should take you about 20 minutes to complete. Please make sure you have an electronic copy of your resume and your educational certificates available. If you’re currently residing in Kuwait, make sure you attach in your application a copy of your current work permit, your Civil ID and your current, and previous (if applicable), residencies. You can save your application at any point and return to it if necessary. When submitting your application a system generated e-mail will confirm that your application has been received. If your application meets our requirements, we'll invite you for an interview.
  3. PREPARE FOR INTERVIEW
    Think about what you want to tell us about yourself, such as relevant work experience, and what value you will bring into our business. We want to get to know you as an individual and discover your strengths and attributes. Interviews are for both of us to assess if you're likely to succeed at ALSAYER. Be prepared to ask us about the scope of the role, our expectations and our vision for how we could work together.
  4. COMPLETE OUR SELECTION PROCESS
    We'll interview you over the phone or at one of our offices. We may also ask you to complete a written assessment, either online or at a testing center. The exact structure and content will depend on role for which you apply, as different roles need different skills. We'll keep in touch and provide you with feedback and guidance on the next steps.
  5. REVIEW OUR OFFER
    If you successfully complete the selection process, we'll make you a formal offer in writing. You'll have the opportunity to ask any questions and, if you're happy with the offer, we'll look forward to receiving your confirmation and welcoming you on board.
  6. PREPARE TO JOIN
    You'll find a large community of people at ALSAYER ready to welcome you starting with our recruitment team who will address your queries and provide you with the required information for a smooth joining.


SELECTION PROCESS
At ALSAYER Holding we manage our recruitment process from identifying a vacancy to hiring the right candidate. Each division is supported throughout the recruitment process and every candidate selected is done so based on their skills and experience. Certain job levels require specific skills and competencies, therefore shortlisted candidates undergo job specific/ level specific assessments to further define their proficiency and fitness.

FOR OUR MANAGEMENT ROLES
One or two face-to-face discussions will take place followed by a session at an assessment center. Our assessment centers consist of several activities that could last up to 5 hours (based on the level of seniority of the role).

FOR OUR HEAD OFFICE POSITIONS
One or two face-to-face discussions will take place followed by a numerical/ customer interfacing/ English language/ office application test, depending on the position requirements.

FOR OUR SALES POSITIONS
One or two face-to-face discussions will take place followed by an online test designed to evaluate your customer interfacing skills

FOR OUR TECHNICAL AUTOMOTIVE POSITIONS
A face-to-face interview, a written test and a job specific trade testing are required to be completed successfully for you to be selected.
