Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons Lexus a subsidiary of ALSAYER Holding was bestowed with two awards of excellence in Call Center and CSR activities during an event which was held recently by Kuwait Public Relations Association under the patronage of H.H The Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. Leading Public and Private sector organizations were contenders for awards and Lexus Kuwait was chosen as the winner in the relevant category among the Automotive Sector of Kuwait.
The award ceremony was attended by H.H The Amir’s representative of Amiri Protocols – Amiri Diwan, H.E Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Hind Al-Sabeeh and Chairman of Kuwait’s Public Relations Association Jamal Al Nasrullah along with dignitaries and other distinguished guests.
The award is a highly distinguished being presented under the patronage of H.H The Amir. Lexus had previously won the award for best public relations and customer service. Winning this award for the third time is a great achievement as well as a testimony of Lexus commitment to 7 star customer service standards.
Abdullah Saleh Alshuwaie Group Manager, Customer Complaints and Legal Representative represented Mohamed Naser Al Sayer & Sons at the event and received the award from H.E Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Hind Al-Sabeeh.
