Team Effort towards Better Customer Care

Mohamed Naser Al Sayer (MNSS) and Toyota Genuine Spare Parts Division, a subsidiary of ALSAYER Holding recently conducted National Skills Contest 2017 for their salesmen. The contest is part of its ongoing endeavor to improve customer service standards by rigorous evaluation of their product knowledge and technical skills. Criteria for nominating winners were basic attire, communication and negotiation skills, accuracy as well as process lead time.

The event held at ALSAYER Ballroom at Ardiya was attended by Mubarak Naser Al Sayer CEO, Mohamed Ali Hilal Business Director Parts and Accessories, Desmond Lew Business Director Parts and Group Logistics, Saied Mohamed Taih Al Shurafa Deputy General Manager Parts and Accessories, Tanaka representative from Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) along with employees from Spare Parts Division. The skill Contest is one of the major initiatives to appreciate the efforts of salesmen and provide essential support to update their product knowledge.

Mr. Mubarak Al-Sayer appreciated all employees for their efforts to adapt with advanced Toyota technologies and customer care expertise reflecting best in the business values. Tanaka representative from TMC credited the MNSS initiative to improve the knowledge and technical skill set of employees.

From 22 sales personnel across all parts branches who participated in the contest, five were shortlisted for the final stage after rigorous tests of theoretical Knowledge in basic automobile, product, part number, vehicle line-up, new model and electronic parts catalogue. The final contestants were challenged in various perspective including product knowledge, customer handling skills and parts identification skills during live role-play on stage.

Mohamed Ali Hilal thanked all contestants and congratulated the winners for their dedicated effort in making the program another milestone event in the history of MNSS and Desmond Lew encouraged everyone to redefine the targets and exceed expectations.

The event was concluded with address by Saied Mohamed Taih Al Shurafa who congratulated all members for their spectacular team work and also thanked all who supported towards the grand success of the program.
