GROUP PARTS CELEBRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD - 2013

MNSS Parts Division organized an event to commemorate the Record 6th Consecutive year of being awarded the “Outstanding Customer Service Excellence Award 2013” by Toyota Motor Corporation.

Mr. Faisal Bader Al-Sayer (Vice Chairman), Mr. Paul Reynolds (Chief Operating Officer), Mr. Ibrahim Al-Fouzan (Business Director – Service), Mr. Mohamed Ali Hilal (Business Director – Parts & Accessories) and other dignitaries from the corporate office along with Parts Staff graced the occasion.

Mr. Faisal Bader Al-Sayer, representing the Board Members, handed over TMC’s Outstanding CSEA trophy to Mr. Mohamed Ali Hilal and appreciated the continuous efforts of parts team in extending the best After sales service to Toyota / Lexus owners in Kuwait.

Mr Hilal, in his keynote Welcome Speech, appreciated the Board Members for their valuable leadership and guidance, while presenting the performance for the 1st half of the fiscal year & All-time highest Record sales in March 2014.

Mr. Paul Reynolds while addressing the gathering shared TMC’s note on MNSS Spare Parts being one among the top 3 distributors worldwide.

Mr. Hilal along with Mr. Suresh Rao (Senior Manager-Inventory ), Mr. Shafeer Ali (Manager-Warehouse), Mr. Xavier Yesudas (Manager-Parts Sales) & Mr. Urban Dsouza (Dy Manager – Bulk Sales ) presented the 2014 Mid-Year Performance review in their respective area of operation.

Mr. Oommen Philip ( Dy Manager – Parts Marketing ) presented the Marketing activities and explained the Areas of evaluation and the results of CSEA . It was worthwhile to note that MNSS distributor achievement was well ahead of the Regional Average in GCC, which is a testimony for the excellent joint team effort of Group Service & Parts.

Mr. Saied Al Shurafa in his vote of thanks appreciated the support of Board members, the guidance of Business Director - Parts & the efforts of the entire Parts team which makes it possible to achieve remarkable performance, over the years.

Awards for Best performing branches, Individual performance awards for TMC Certified Parts 21 program and Warehouse employees monthly excellence awards were also distributed during the function.

The Event concluded with a Raffle draw and grand buffet.
