Al Sayer Group Holding (ASG) recently held an official signing ceremony to announce their new partnership with GORD one of the biggest research and development organization in the region. The Gulf Organization for Research and Development which is based in Qatar has developed a new rating system for Green Building named Global Sustainability Assessment System GSAS.
Reflecting Al-Sayer Group Holding’s commitment towards environment friendly initiatives backed by strong support of the Group Management. The Corporate Sustainability & Responsibility department in cooperation with Construction department will adopt this system to be used for all upcoming buildings.
The signing ceremony on 19th January 2015 was witnessed by Dr. Yousef Alhorr, GORD’s Founding Chairman and Mr. Mubarak Al-Sayer, Al-Sayer Group Executive Director and the CEO of the Automobile Group. This official signing ceremony came after two days of a training where 21 engineers from Al Sayer Group business units. Consultancy offices and sister companies participated to share this knowledge.
Being a pioneer group in the region Al Sayer Group Holding is exploring newer technologies and systems to strengthen their position as a market leader.
