Group CSR Efforts Continue to Reinforce Commitment Towards Employee Well-Being and Society
Underlining the strong commitment towards society,
Al Sayer Group has announced the successful closure of their 2015 green camp. The Green Camp witnessed an overwhelming crowd of more than 10,000 visitors consisting of Al Sayer Group staffs, their families relatives, friends, and prominent guests during the period between November 2015 and March 2016.
The location became a perfect weekend destination for recreational as well as team building activities. The camp which spreads across total area of 30000 sq m is surrounded by green trees, individual big and small social gathering tents equipped with barbeque stations. The facility also has entertainment space for men and women consisting of indoor games to cover table tennis, baby-foot (Table football) and outdoor games including football and volleyball courts in addition to kids play yards with inflated slides, spring jumping nets and swings, in full compliance with safety and security of the visitors.
According to Mr. Mohamed Naser Chairman Al Sayer Group CSR “Al Sayer Group Holding has established the Corporate Excellence department to oversee the areas of business sustainability, quality systems, health & occupational safety and employee well-being to promote Al Sayer Group as a pace-setter in the field of sustainable practices by adopting the best process and procedures for its business performance, employees, society, and nature. To reflect this strategic approach, we have adopted the Sustainability Gear as our symbol and as our organizing platform. It represents Economy, Society, Well-being and Nature with the integration functions of management in the center.”
Some of the major events organized at the Seasonal Green Camp of 2016 were: Kuwait National and Liberation day celebrations, General Managers Day Off and Toyota Dream Car Art contest jury evaluation.

A place to get rid of work pressure, hustle and bustle of daily life.
