GROUP PARTS CELEBERATES 2015 “OUTSTANDING” CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD & HALF YEARLY SALES PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Group Parts division of Mohamed Naser Al-Sayer & Sons had organized an event on the occasion of achieving the 2015 “Outstanding” Customer Service Excellence Award from Toyota Motor Corporation. This being the 8th consecutive time MNSS is bagging this award for the after sales divisions of Parts & Service.

dul Aziz CFO Trading, Eng. Mohamed Hussain Training Manager, GSD, Mr. Salim Shah Manager Lexus Service, Mr. Mohamed Ali Hilal BD, Parts & Accessories along with Mr. Saied Al-Shurafa (DGM Parts & Accessories) and all parts staff attended the ceremony, which was held on 16th May at Holiday Inn.
Mr. Faisal Al-Sayer presented the outstanding CSEA to Mr. Mohamed Ali Hilal & Mr. Saied Al-Shurafa and he appreciated the continuous efforts of group parts team in extending the best customer service to Toyota and Lexus owners in Kuwait. Mr. Mubarak Al-Sayer & Mr. Paul Reynolds also addressed the audience.
Mr. Hilal presented the half yearly performance review results for 2015/16 & highlighted the all-time highest record sales in March 2016 in the history of Group Parts. A cake cutting ceremony organized as a part of this milestone achievement.
Awards for best performed branches, individual Performance awards & warehouse awards along with long service awards for 40+ & 30+ years of service were distributed.
Mr. Saied Al-Shurafa proposed the vote of thanks and the ceremony ended with the grand buffet dinner.
