This includes a Personal Development Plan; individually "tailor-made" training programs designed to improve your technical and behavioral skills and competencies; prepared from the day you complete your probationary period. On-line learning options for developing skills are available with more than 900 topics to choose from.

Our technicians join us on apprentice level and during a highly structured training programme, they improve their technical skills, upgrade on the technical career ladder and progress towards becoming a qualified technician up to master level.
