The Daruma doll has become a symbolic for optimism, persistence through out various time management systems as a symbol for an uncompleted major task/goal. When you start a task, you color in one pupil, and then put the doll/image where it can be seen so it continually reminds you about that task. When the task is completed, the second eye is then filled-in to mark the completion.
The official Kick-off started at Al-Sayer Group by marking one single eye of “Daruma – doll; Japanese wish doll” followed by undertaking enrollment signature from each branch declaring the participation of the kick-off.
This program presents operational standard and business application to meet the esteemed Toyota products. The function consists of operational procedures, criterion, and awards. Employees who approach the problems proactively give utmost value in bringing Kaizen to a success. Al-Sayer Group is interested in supporting the employees who participate with full sense of positive creativity by encouraging and rewarding accordingly, to keep their morale high with physical boost which is considered to be a continual improvement and that’s what Kaizen is all about.
